工匠精神融入高职酒店餐饮管理人才培养的研究

Research on the Integration of Craftsman Spirit into the Training of Hotel Catering Management Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

工匠精神培育对职业教育具有鲜明的现实意义和价值,尤其在酒店餐饮管理领域,工匠精神可以帮助学生充分认识到社会发展对自身所提出的现实需求,使学生能够明确自身的不足,进而精益求精、全心全意地参与社会经济的建设。基于此,结合工匠精神的内涵,分析了工匠精神在高职院校人才培养中存在的问题,并提出了科学的、合理的应对策略,以期为高职院校提高人才培养质量提供参考。

The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit has distinct practical significance and value for vocational education,especially in the field of hotel catering management,craftsmanship spirit can help students fully understand the practical needs of social development for themselves,so that students can identify their own shortcomings,and then strive for perfection and wholeheartedly participate in the construction of social economy.Based on this,combined with the connotation of craftsman spirit,this paper analyzes the problems of craftsman spirit in talent training in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures,with a view to providing reference for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent training.
