摘要
建筑信息模型技术为历史建筑的保护开启了新的大门,该文以武汉大学学生饭厅及俱乐部为例,介绍其选址、演变和现状,分析其平面布局和立面造型等特点,运用BIM技术的核心软件Revit创建学生饭厅及俱乐部的信息模型,可视化记录管理历史建筑的数据信息,并将BIM模型导入绿色建筑分析软件Ecotect中进行采光分析,为历史建筑的可持续性保护提供光性能优化策略,旨在为武汉大学早期建筑保护的信息化和现代化提供发展对策。
Building information modeling technology opens a new door for the protection of historical buildings. Taking the club and student dining room of Wuhan University as an example, we introduce its location, evolution and current situation, and analyze its plane layout and facade modeling, and use Revit, the core software of BIM Technology, to create the information model of student dining room and club, in order to visually record and manage the data information of historical buildings. The model is introduced into Ecotect, a green building analysis software, for daylighting analysis, so as to provide light performance optimization strategies for the sustainable protection of historical buildings. It aims to provide development countermeasures for the informatization and modernization of early architectural protection in Wuhan University.
