集群视角下的传统村落保护发展模式研究——以河北井陉为例

Development Mode and Traditional Village Protection from the Perspective of Cluster: A Case of Jingxing of Hebei Province

传统村落是区域地理环境的产物,也是特定地域范围内的历史文化载体,我国传统村落量大面广,在城乡融合的背景下,亟需建立整体性、系统性、协同性保护发展理念。因此,该文以集群为视角,提出传统村落的连片保护发展概念与内涵、框架与路径,并以河北井陉为例,将传统村落放在一个系统地理单元内研究,探索建立传统村落集群保护发展的模式与方法,以达到统筹区域资源合理配置、实现设施共建共享、增强传统村落内生动力、形成各具特色的村落品牌文化群,为传统村落集群保护提供借鉴。

Traditional villages are the product of regional geographical environment, as well as historical and cultural carriers in specific regions. There are a large number of traditional villages in China, and the concept of integrated, systematic and collaborative protection and development is urgently needed under the background of urban-rural integration. Therefore, from the perspective of cluster, we put forward the concept, connotation, framework and path of the contiguity protection and development of traditional villages. Taking Jingxing of Hebei province as an example, we study traditional villages in a systematic geographical unit and explore the mode and method of establishing the protection and development of traditional village clusters, so as to achieve overall planning and reasonable allocation of regional resources, to realize joint construction and sharing of facilities, to enhance the endogenous power of traditional villages, to form village brand culture groups with their own characteristics, and to provide reference for the protection of traditional village clusters.
