汉口平和打包厂的历史沿革及其价值分析

The Value Analysis and Historical Evolution of the Hankou Pinghe Packing Factory

汉口平和打包厂是国内现存最早使用混凝土材料的建筑之一,被评为武汉市文保单位,也是第一批入选武汉市工业遗产名录的历史建筑。该文通过文献查阅和史料考证,结合现状结构分析,对汉口平和打包厂开展了历史沿革方面的研究,考证了各单体的建造年代,理清了建筑演变过程。同时,以国内文物建筑的价值认定体系为依据,从科学价值、艺术价值和历史价值三个方面对平和打包厂进行评价。作为汉口平和打包厂保护再利用工程基础研究,为以价值保护为核心的保护修缮工作提供依据。

The Hankou Pinghe Packing Factory is one of the oldest concrete buildings in China, rated as the municipal protection units and selected as the first batch of the municipal industrial heritage. By reviewing and referencing historical document s, with the combination of the struc tural analysis, we conduc t the research of the historical evolution of the Hankou Pinghe Packing Factory, then we review its construction period, and clarify its evolution process. Meanwhile, based on the value system of the domestic cultural relic building, the Hankou Pinghe Packing Fac tor y is evaluated from three aspects, including the scientific value, the artistic value and the historical value, which is the fundamental research for the protection and reuse project of Hankou Pinghe Packing Factory, it may provide some references for this protecting project.
