校园既有历史建筑加固改造评价指标体系研究——以苏州大学天赐庄校区历史建筑群为例 被引量:2

The Evaluation Index System of Reinforcement and Renovation of Existing Historical Buildings on Campus:Taking the Historical Buildings of Soochow University as an Example

摘要 校园既有历史建筑在文化传承、功能提升、使用需求等方面与其他类型历史建筑有着不同的需求,现行的历史建筑加固改造评价指标体系难以对校园历史建筑的加固改造工程进行全面、有针对性、具有时代特征的评价。为构建科学合理的校园历史建筑加固改造评价指标体系,该文以苏州大学天赐庄校区历史建筑群为实测对象,采用主客观综合评价方法分析现有的历史建筑评价指标体系,分析校园历史建筑与其他类型历史建筑加固改造方案的异同,寻求超低能耗建筑改造与加固工程的关联性,最终建立加固和改造两个层级的整体评价指标体系,为今后的校园既有历史建筑加固改造方案优选提供可供参考的依据,保障校园历史建筑的可持续发展。 Existing historical buildings on campus have different needs from general historical buildings in terms of cultural inheritance, function improvement, usage demands and so on, which can not be fully and purposefully reflected by the existing index system of reinforcement and renovation of historical buildings. Taking historical buildings of Soochow University as the object of practical measurement, we analyze the relevant evaluation index system of historical buildings with a comprehensive subjective and objective evaluation method and searching for the correlation between the renovation of ultra-low energy consumption buildings and the historical building reinforcement project, we aim to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for historical buildings on campus. Finally, an overall evaluation index system with two levels of reinforcement and renovation is built to provide a reference for the selection of reinforcement and renovation plans and to guarantee the sustainable development of the existing historical buildings on campus.
