基于可持续评价的传统民居建筑改造与提升策略研究——以关西客家民居改造项目为例

The Renovation and Upgrading Strategy of Traditional Residential Buildings Based on Sustainable Evaluation: Taking Guanxi Hakka Residential Renovation Project as an Example

在乡村振兴的发展背景下,探索传统民居可持续发展的现实需要,以研究传统民居建筑改造与提升的可持续发展策略。通过分析传统民居的建筑与环境因素、文化与经济价值、材料与构造工艺,总结传统民居建筑的可持续评价方法,并对江西关西客家民居改造项目产生设计作用。基于改造项目的项目概括与现状分析,研究得出可持续设计策略与方法积极地影响了传统民居建筑的空间功能优化,文化与经济的可持续性发展,以及建造材料与构造的细节设计。最终,完善传统建筑,从环境、文化、经济、细节上的可持续再利用提升路径。

In the context of the development of rural revitalization, the realistic needs of the sustainable development of traditional residential buildings are explored to study the sustainable development strategies for the renovation and upgrading of traditional residential buildings. By analyzing the architectural and environmental factors, cultural and economic values, materials and construction techniques of traditional residential buildings, the sustainable evaluation methods of traditional residential buildings are summarized, and the design effect of the Hakka residential renovation project in Ganxi, Jiangxi Province is produced. Based on the project summary and current situation analysis of the renovation project, the study concluded that sustainable design strategies and methods have positively affected the optimization of spatial functions of traditional residential buildings, the sustainable development of culture and economy, and the detailed design of construction materials and structures. Ultimately, to improve the sustainable reuse and upgrading path of traditional buildings from the aspects of environment, culture, economy and details.
