摘要 悬架是汽车底盘中最重要的部件,它直接影响着汽车的操纵稳定性、平顺性等整车性能。汽车行驶过程中,悬架特征参数的异常变化会导致轮胎磨损严重,进而影响整车的行驶性能。首先在ADAMS/Car中建立某车型五连杆式悬架的三维模型并进行仿真试验,得到悬架特征参数随车轮跳动的变化曲线;然后通过优化设计平台ADAMS/Insight对影响悬架特征参数的各连杆硬点坐标进行优化调整,再运用调整后的悬架模型进行仿真分析;最后通过对比优化前后各参数随车轮跳动的变化,发现优化后悬架特征参数的合理变化可以有效降低轮胎磨损带来的风险,有利于提高汽车的行驶安全性。 Suspension is the most important part of automobile chassis, which directly affects the handling stability, ride comfort and other vehicle performance. In the process of vehicle driving, the abnormal changes in suspension characteristic parameters will lead to serious tire wear, which affects the driving performance of the vehicle. Firstly, the three-dimensional model of a five-link suspension of a vehicle model is established in ADAMS/Car, and the simulation test is carried out to obtain the change curve of suspension characteristic parameters with wheel runout. Then, through the optimization design platform ADAMS/Insight, the coordinates of each link hard point that affects the suspension characteristic parameters are optimized and adjusted, and the adjusted suspension model is used for simulation analysis. Finally, by comparing the results before optimization, it is found that the reasonable changes of the suspension characteristic parameters after optimization can effectively reduce the risk of tire wear and improve the driving safety of the vehicle.
