行星轮轴承一体化结构设计

摘要 针对高空救援车中行星减速器结构尺寸小、传递载荷大和可靠性高等要求,提出了一种行星轮轴承一体化传动装置设计方案。设计行星轮的内圆柱面为行星轮轴承的外圈,行星轮轴外圆柱面为行星轮轴承的内圈,滚动体采用满圆柱滚子的排列形式。该设计方案结构紧凑、行星齿轮箱体积小,有效提升了该装置的功率密度。工程实践表明:这种新的设计方案适用于低速和尺寸受限的高空救援车回转机构减速器,具有较高的经济实用性。 Aiming at the requirements of small structure size, large transmission load and high reliability of planetary reducer in aerial rescue vehicles, a planetary wheel bearing integrated transmission device design scheme is proposed. The inner cylindrical surface of the planetary wheel is designed as the outer ring of the planetary wheel bearing, the outer cylindrical surface of the planetary wheel shaft is the inner ring of the planetary wheel bearing, and the rolling body adopts the arrangement form of full cylindrical rollers. This design solution has a compact structure and a small planetary gearbox, which effectively increases the power density of the unit. Engineering practice shows that this new design scheme is suitable for low speed and size limited aerial rescue vehicle slewing mechanism reducer, with high economic practicability.
