全栈技术图谱绩效管理模式对技术成果转化效率的影响

The effect of the performance management mode of the full stack technology map on the efficiency of technology achievement transformation

以某商业化科研机构为个案,通观性研究了科研机构在内部绩效管理中引入全栈技术图谱绩效分析模式后的产学研转化效率,利用SPSS数据分析软件对该研究结果进行了比较分析。结果表明,全栈技术图谱绩效管理模式有利于科研机构的产学研转化促进工作。

In order to improve the efficiency of industry university research transformation of technical achievements of scientific research institutions, this study takes a commercial scientific research institution as a case, comprehensively analyzes the change data of industry university research transformation efficiency and makes a visual comparative analysis of the research results by using SPSS data analysis software. Finally, it is confirmed that the performance management mode of technical atlas is conducive to the promotion of industry university research transformation of scientific research institutions.
