吉林省老岭成矿带东八里沟金矿选冶试验研究

摘要 吉林省老岭成矿带东八里沟金矿矿石的工艺类型为富硫化物型含金蚀变岩型金矿石,通过与标准矿石试验工艺对比采用浮选工艺。矿石中贵金属金的粒度较细,粒径在0.01~0.02 mm之间,为了提高金的回收率将原矿磨至细度以-0.074 mm占70%为宜,采用两段磨矿,一次粗选、两次扫选、三次精选的组合工艺流程。添加碳酸钠、水玻璃、硫酸铜、丁基黄药四种药剂。闭路试验获得了金精矿金品位46.68 g/t,回收率为88.83%的较好选矿指标。浮选金精矿经800℃焙烧2 h后获最终精矿,焙烧后金精矿品位为63.63 g/t,含砷品位0.31%,烧失率为26.64%,金总回收率为88.83%。试验指标良好,为现场生产提供了技术依据,也为老岭成矿带同类型金矿选冶提供了参考。 The technological type of Dongbaligou gold ore in Laoling metallogenic belt of Jilin Province is sulfide rich gold bearing altered rock type gold ore. The flotation process is adopted by comparing with the standard ore test process. The particle size of precious metal gold in the ore is fine, and the particle size is 0.01~0.02 mm. In order to improve the gold recovery rate, it is appropriate to grind the raw ore to a fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 70%. The combined process flow of two-stage grinding, once rough separation, twice scavenging, and three times cleaning is adopted. Add sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, copper sulfate and butyl xanthate. The closed circuit test has obtained a good beneficiation index with a gold grade of 46.68 g/t and a recovery of 88.83%. The flotation gold concentrate is roasted at 800 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain the final concentrate. After roasting, the gold concentrate grade is 63.63 g/t, the arsenic grade is 0.31%, the burning loss rate is 26.64%, and the total gold recovery rate is 88.83%. The test index is good, which provides a technical basis for field production and a reference for the beneficiation and smelting of the same type of gold deposits in the Laoling metallogenic belt.
