硬脆碎地层专用金刚石钻头的研制

摘要 本文研制了一种硬脆碎地层专用金刚石钻头。该钻头采用无压浸渍烧结法制造。从硬脆碎地层岩石的可钻性入手,开发高耐磨性金刚石钻头胎体,并在胎体中加入自锐材料使胎体具有自锐性。同时对金刚石粒度、浓度、水口参数和唇面形状进行优化设计,使得研制的金刚石钻头不仅工作寿命长而且钻进速度快。 In this paper, a special diamond drill bit for hard and brittle formations was developed. The drill bit was manufactured by pressureless infiltration sintering method. Starting from the drillability study of hard and brittle formation rocks, a high wear-resistant diamond bit matrix was developed, and self-sharpening materials were added to the matrix to make the matrix self-sharpening. At the same time, the diamond particle size, concentration, waterway parameters and bit profile are optimized, so that the diamond bit developed not only has a long working life but also has a fast drilling speed.
