基于知识图谱的建设用地智能辅助审批流程设计

摘要 为了解决建设用地审批过程复杂、审查要点众多、审批意见汇总过程信息获取不完备等问题,进而提高业务审批效率,结合已建立的审批规则库,形成以审查处室(岗位)为核心、基于知识图谱技术的建设用地智能辅助审批流程,并自动生成辅助审批意见。该研究优化了建设用地审批流程、提高了工作效率、也提高了自然资源管理的智能化水平。 In order to solve the problems of complex construction land approval process,numerous review points,incomplete information acquisition in the review and approval process,and thus improve the efficiency of business approval,in this paper,combined with the established approval rule base,an intelligent auxiliary approval process for construction land based on knowledge graph technology with the review office(post)as the core is formed,and the auxiliary approval opinions are automatically generated.The research leads to optimizing the construction land approval process,improving work efficiency,and enhancing the intelligent level of natural resource management.
