常村煤矿本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔轨迹偏移规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 钻孔抽采瓦斯是预防瓦斯灾害、保证煤矿安全生产的重要手段。为了预防本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔偏移,采用无线钻孔轨迹仪对潞安集团常村煤矿2102工作面本煤层钻孔进行动态跟踪,分析钻孔轨迹偏移规律,超前预判钻孔偏移量,为后期钻孔施工减少抽采空白带提供理论支撑。研究表明,本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔向左下偏移概率大,右上偏移概率小;在钻孔20 m位置处易发生轨迹偏移。 Borehole gas extraction is an important means to prevent gas disasters and ensure coal mine safety production.In order to prevent the deviation of gas drainage borehole in this coal seam, wireless borehole trajectory instrument is used to dynamically track the borehole in this coal seam at 2102 working face of Changcun Coal Mine of Lu’an Group, analyze the regularity of borehole trajectory deviation, predict the borehole deviation in advance, and provide theoretical support for the later drilling construction to reduce the drainage blank zone.The field test shows that the deviation probability of the gas drainage borehole in this coal seam is large to the lower left and small to the upper right.The track deviation is easy to occur at the position of 20 m in the borehole.
