摘要
煤矿智能化开采技术的发展对工作面采掘装备的连续稳定运行提出了更高要求,牵引电缆的安全可靠是采掘装备安全高效运行和高产稳产的重要保障。采掘工作面复杂的工作环境和特殊的工作模式,使得采掘装备牵引电缆受机械应力影响,其内部芯线打折断裂现象频发,严重影响了采掘装备的安全生产效率。为此,提出一种针对采掘装备的金属屏蔽编织加强型橡套软电缆设计方案,研发了“镀锡铜线芯+高强纤维”动力线芯、可伸缩波浪形控制线芯、高弹性高强度高绝缘电阻的乙丙橡胶线芯绝缘、“内护套+编织层+外护套”的硫化一体的新型护套,解决了控制线芯断裂和电缆护套易撕裂的问题。这种新型电缆具有抗扭转耐弯曲、抗撕裂耐冲击、抗拉抗压及阻燃等优异特性,保障了采掘装备安全可靠运行,有效地提高了电缆服役寿命、缩短了停产时间,达到了降本增效的目的。
With the development of intelligent technology in coal mines, higher requirements are put forward for the continuous and stable operation of mining equipment in the working face.The safety and reliability of traction cables are important guarantees for the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment and high and stable production.Due to the harsh working environment and special working mode of the mining face, the traction cable of mining equipment is frequently affected by various harmful mechanical stresses, which makes the inner core of the traction cable break frequently and affects the safe production efficiency of the mining face.In response to this problem, a design scheme of metal shielded braided reinforced rubber sheathed flexible cable for mining equipment is proposed in this paper, and it develops a "tinned copper core + high-strength fiber" power core, retractable wave-shaped control core, high elasticity high-strength, high-insulation resistance ethylene-propylene rubber core insulation, and a new type of vulcanized sheath of "inner sheath + braid + outer sheath",which solves the problems of controlling the breakage of the core and the easy tearing of the cable sheath.This new type of cable has excellent characteristics such as torsion resistance, tear resistance, impact resistance, tensile and compressive resistance, and flame retardancy, which ensures the safe and reliable operation of mining equipment, effectively improves cable service life and shortens production downtime, reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
