传统锚杆生产工艺中,各个生产工序之间的物料运输主要靠工人、叉车等方式完成,但是人工生产过程中普遍存在劳动强度大、安全性低等问题,通过对锚杆生产工艺的创新和优化,提出了一种柔性化的组合锚杆自动生产线并投入实践应用。结果表明,该锚杆自动化生产线的投入使用,使生产效率和安全水平得到大力提升,经济效益和安全效益显著。

In the traditional bolt production process, the material transportation between various production processes is mainly completed by workers, forklifts, etc.,but there are many problems such as high labor intensity and low safety in the manual production process.Through the innovation and optimization of the bolt production process, a flexible automatic production line for combined bolts is proposed and put into practice.The results show that the production efficiency and safety level have been greatly improved, and the economic and safety benefits are significant.
