摘要 “十四五”期间我国传统能源领域行业步入新常态,CFB锅炉在燃用高硫、低热值、矸石等劣质燃料时具有明显优势,因其特有的燃烧机理可有效降低NOx排放量而被广泛应用。为满足现有燃煤机组排放标准,在传统SNCR脱硝系统基础上,利用其工艺特点,通过技术优化创新,使得该脱硝系统适用性得到大幅度提高,燃用各类煤质均能达到煤电节能减排标准,社会效益和经济效益显著提升。 During the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" period, China′s traditional energy industry entered a new normal.CFB boilers have obvious advantages in burning low-quality fuels such as high sulfur, low calorific value and gangue.Because their unique combustion mechanism can effectively reduce the emission of NOxcompound,they are widely used.In order to meet the existing emission standards for coal-fired units, on the basis of traditional SNCR denitration system, the applicability of the denitration system has been greatly improved through technological optimization and innovation, and the quality of all kinds of coal fired can meet the standards for energy conservation and emission reduction of coal power, and the social and economic benefits have been significantly improved.
