摘要 消费是拉动我国经济增长的重要动力。文化消费作为整体消费的重要组成部分,可以满足人们不断增长的精神文化需求,具有巨大的市场潜力。为切实拉动文化消费,我国试点城市积极探索适合我国文化消费实际的有效途径,北京惠民文化消费季基于“政府引导,市场运作,区域协同,惠民惠企”的运营模式,从供给创造需求,供需精准支持,核心品牌引领,线上线下联动,区域协同共享,政策创新推动等方面出台了一系列创新性的政策和措施,为全国各地激发文化消费活力提供了可资借鉴的“北京经验”。 Consumption is an important driving force of our economic growth.As an important part of overall consumption,cultural consumption can meet people's growing spiritual and cultural needs and has huge market potential.To effectively stimulate cultural consumption,Chinese pilot cities actively explore effective ways suitable for Chinese cultural consumption reality,among which the innovative practice represented by Beijing people beneficial cultural consumption season has formed fruitful practical experience.According to the research,based on the operation mode of"government guidance,market operation,regional coordination,benefiting the people and enterprises",Beijing people's beneficial cultural consumption season has introduced a series of pioneering policies and measures from the aspects of creating demand with supply,precise support of supply and demand,leading by core brands,online and offline linkage,regional collaboration and sharing,and promoting policy innovation,etc.,providing"Beijing experience"that can be copied,referenced and promoted for stimulating the vitality of cultural consumption across the country.
