摘要
随着计算机硬件性能和深度学习技术的发展,人工智能技术在临床医学上应用日益广泛。本文从精神科病历特点和人工智能在精神科应用的历史出发,介绍人工智能三大技术自然语言处理、机器学习和语音识别在精神科电子病历中的应用,简述人工智能技术在精神科电子病历中的发展现状,列举可能产生的风险和问题,提出克服目前困境的可能方案,对该领域的未来进行展望。
With the development of computer hardware performance and deep learning technology,artificial intelligence technology is increasingly widely used in clinical medicine.Starting with the characteristics of psychiatric medical records and the history of the application of artificial intelligence in psychiatry,this paper introduced the application of the three major technologies of artificial intelligence in psychiatric electronic medical records:natural language processing,machine learning and speech recognition,briefly described the development status,lised the possible risks and problems,and looked forward to the future of this field.
