不同健康教育模式对老年脑卒中患者干预效果的网状Meta分析

Network meta-analysis of health knowledge awareness rate of different health education modes for elderly stroke patients

目的采用网状Meta分析方法评价不同健康教育模式对老年脑卒中患者健康知识知晓率的影响。方法计算机检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普中文期刊服务平台数据库中有关老年脑卒中患者健康教育的随机对照试验,检索时间均为建库至2022年2月8日。由2名研究者独立按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、从中提取数据,并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险。使用Stata 16.0软件进行网状Meta分析。结果共纳入文献13篇,涉及1129例患者、8种健康教育模式。网状Meta分析结果显示,在改善老年脑卒中患者健康知识知晓率效果中,排序结果从优到劣前三位依次为思维导图式健康教育、个性化健康宣教、临床护理路径健康教育。结论思维导图式健康教育在改善老年脑卒中患者健康知识知晓率较其他7种教育方法相对有效。

Objective To assess the health knowledge awareness rate of different health education modes for elderly stroke patients by network meta-analysis.Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang Data,CBM and VIP databases were electronically searched to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on health education in elderly stroke patients from inception to February 8,2022.Two reviewers independently screened literature,extracted data and assessed risk of bias of included studies,then,network meta-analysis was performed by using the Stata 16.0 software.Results A total of 13 RCTs,involving 1129 patients and 8 health education modes.The top three network meta-analysis results showed that in the effect of improving the health knowledge awareness rate from high to low were mind mapping health education,personalized health education,health education through clinical pathway.Conclusion Mind mapping health education is more effective than the other seven health education methods in improving the knowledge awareness of elderly stroke patients.
