超声在高尿酸血症导致心血管损害中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 尿酸(uricacid,UA)是人体中嘌呤代谢的最终产物。由于生活水平的提高,高尿酸血症(Hyperuricemia,HUA)的患病率日益增加。相关研究表明,尿酸是导致动脉粥样硬化并引起相关心血管损害的独立危险因素,但其在这些疾病中所起作用仍存在争议。近年来,超声由于其快速、便捷的特点在诊断该疾病方面受到广泛应用。本文就超声技术在UA与心血管损害相关研究的最新进展进行综述。 Uric acid(UA)is the end product of purine metabolism in the human body.Due to the improvement of living standards,the prevalence of hyperuricemia(HUA)is increasing.Studies have suggested that uric acid is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis and associated cardiovascular damage,however,its role in these disorders is controversial.In recent years,ultrasound has been widely used in the diagnosis of hyperuricemia induced cardiovascular diseases due to its fast and convenient characteristics.This article reviews the latest advances in ultrasound research related to cardiovascular damage in UA.
