摘要 因LHAASO-WCDA探测器工作在极端环境下,对其放置电子学系统的机箱提出了严苛的要求。本文提出了一种大型电子学机箱结构设计,材质采用5052型防锈铝,同时表面做硬质阳极氧化处理以实现长时间防锈。根据机箱内外器件的尺寸要求,外形尺寸定为1160 mm×780 mm×680 mm,板厚10 mm。机箱进行了严格密封设计,并设计了SF_(6)气体检漏方案对机箱进行检漏。机箱采用铜块直接导热、自然散热的散热方案,利用有限元软件对机箱的散热性能进行了热仿真分析。该产品制造完成后,进行了现场安装和长期运行监测,目前,机箱内湿度对电子学设备工作无不良影响,温度数据显示也符合预期,说明该设计合理有效,满足了WCDA探测器对机箱在尺寸、密闭性、散热性上的使用要求。 The LHAASO-WCDA detector operates in extreme environments. Therefore, strict requirements are put forward for the crate in which it houses the electronics system. This paper presents a structure design of a large electronic crate, which is made of 5052 rust-proof aluminum. Its surface is treated with hard anodic oxidation to achieve long-term rust-proof. The dimensions are 1160 mm×780 mm×680 mm, and the plate thickness is 10 mm. The crate is strictly sealed, and the SF_(6) gas leakage detection scheme is designed to detect the leakage of the crate. The crate adopts the heat dissipation scheme of copper block with direct heat conduction and natural heat dissipation. The thermal simulation analysis on the heat dissipation performance of the crate is carried out by using finite element software. After the product was manufactured, it has been installed on site and monitored for long-term operation. At present, the humidity in the crate has no adverse effect on the work of electronics equipment, and the temperature data display is also in line with expectations. It indicates that the design is reasonable and effective, and meets the requirements of WCDA detector on the size, airtightness and heat dissipation of the crate.
