颌面部游离皮瓣移植修复术病人围术期压力性损伤标准化护理流程的构建与实施

Construction and implementation of standardized nursing procedure for perioperative pressure injury in patients with maxillofacial free flap transplantation and repair

目的:构建颌面部游离皮瓣移植修复术病人围术期压力性损伤(pressure injury,PI)标准化护理流程,探讨其在临床中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月南京医科大学附属口腔医院收治的200例行游离皮瓣移植术病人为研究对象,将2020年1月—2020年12月的100例病人设为对照组,2021年1月—2021年12月的100例病人设为观察组。对照组实施常规围术期PI预防管理措施,观察组构建围术期PI标准化护理流程并实施。比较两组病人PI发生率、评估及时率、护理干预落实准确率、会诊及时率及病人满意度情况。结果:干预后观察组病人PI发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PI评估及时率、护理干预落实准确率、会诊及时率及病人满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颌面部游离皮瓣移植修复术病人围术期PI标准化护理流程的构建优化了围术期PI的管理,降低了PI发生率,提升了护士对PI的认知和管理水平,提高了病人满意度。

Objective:To construct a standardized nursing procedure for perioperative pressure injury(PI)in patients undergoing maxillofacial free flap transplantation and repair,and to discuss its clinical application effect.Methods:A total of 200 patients undergoing free flap transplantation admitted to the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,100 patients from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 100 patients from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The patients in control group implemented routine perioperative PI preventive management measures,and the patients in observation group established and implemented the standardized perioperative PI nursing procedure.The incidence of PI,timely rate of evaluation,accuracy rate of implementation of nursing intervention,timely rate of consultation and patients′satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the incidence of PI in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the assessment timeliness rate of PI,the nursing intervention accuracy rate,the consultation timeliness rate and patients′satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction of standardized nursing procedure of perioperative PI for patients undergoing maxillofacial free flap transplantation and repair optimizes the management of perioperative PI,reduces the incidence of PI,improves nurses′awareness and management of PI,and improves patients′satisfaction.
