以心肺运动试验评估为基础的运动康复治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者康复效果观察

Efficacy of exercise rehabilitation therapy based on cardiopulmonary exercise test assessment in patients with chronic heart failure

目的 :探究以心肺运动试验评估为基础的运动康复治疗对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法 :将114例CHF患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各57例。对照组实施常规康复干预,观察组实施以心肺运动实验评估为基础的运动康复治疗。比较两组心肺功能、生活质量及心血管不良事件。结果 :干预后,观察组二氧化碳通气当量斜率、心血管不良事件发生率低于对照组;峰值氧耗量、无氧阈氧耗量以及躯体疼痛、躯体功能、生理职能、情感职能、心理健康、生命活力、社会功能、总体健康等8个评分高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 :以心肺运动试验评估为基础的运动康复治疗能够有效提高CHF患者心肺功能,改善生活质量,减少心血管不良事件。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of exercise rehabilitation therapy based on cardiopulmonary exercise test assessment on cardiopulmonary function and life quality in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:One hundred and fourteen patients with CHF were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 57 cases each.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation intervention while the observation group was given exercise rehabilitation treatment based on cardiopulmonary exercise laboratory assessment.The cardiopulmonary function,life quality and adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent slope and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were lower,and peak oxygen consumption,oxygen consumption at the anaerobic threshold and the 8 scores of bodily pain,physical function,role-physical,role-emotional,mental health,vitality,social functioning and general health were higher in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise rehabilitation based on cardiopulmonary exercise test assessment can effectively improve cardiopulmonary function and life quality and reduce adverse cardiovascular events in CHF patients.
