摘要 为社会主义培养“真正的人”是苏霍姆林斯基教育理论体系的终极目标,而劳动教育是达成这一目标的重要途径。苏霍姆林斯基深刻审视劳动教育与培养“真正的人”的内在关联,系统诠释了劳动教育培育“真正的人”的公民品格、提高“真正的人”的综合能力和丰富“真正的人”的精神生活的三重逻辑。在新时代背景下,劳动教育被赋予锻造全面发展的时代新人的使命,劳动教育的价值取向契合苏霍姆林斯基劳动教育培养“真正的人”的三重逻辑。因此,重温苏霍姆林斯基劳动教育培养“真正的人”的理论与实践,对于推进我国劳动教育深化发展具有重要的启迪意义。 To cultivatge“real people”for socialism is the ultimate goal of Suhomlinsky s educational theoretical system,and labor education is an important way to achieve this goal.Suhomlinsky profoundly analyzed the internal relationship between labor education and the cultivation of“real people”.He systematically interpreted the triplelogic of labor education:cultivating the civic character of“real people”;improving the comprehensive ability of“real people”;enriching the spiritual life of“real people”.In a new context,labor education is entrusted with the mission of cultivating well-rounded people for new era.The value orientation of labor education is in line with Suhomlinsky s triple logic of labor education to cultivate“real people”.Therefore,revisiting the theory and practice of Suhomlinsky s labor education to cultivate“real people”has important enlightenment for promoting and deepening the development of labor education in China.
