基于案例教学法的多元化教学模式在康复护理课程中应用效果的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的Meta分析基于CBL的多元化教学模式在康复护理课程中的应用效果,为基于CBL的多元化教学模式在康复护理教学中的应用提供循证依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMBase、Web of Science、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数字化期刊全文数据库(WanFangData)、中国科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),检索建库至2022年5月公开发表应用基于CBL的多元化教学模式进行康复护理课程教学的随机对照试验。按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献,应用偏倚风险评估工具评价纳入文献的质量,提取文献数据并运用RevMan5.3软件进行分析。结果纳入12项研究,共1591名学生。Meta分析结果显示:在提高学生理论成绩[WMD=11.60,95%CI=(8.08,15.13),P<0.00001]、操作成绩[WMD=9.58,95%CI=(5.82,13.35),P<0.00001]和分析、解决问题能力[RR=1.31,95%CI=(1.15,1.51),P<0.0001]方面,试验组优于对照组;在理解、掌握知识能力[RR=1.94,95%CI=(0.89,4.24),P=0.10]方面,两组差异不具有统计学意义。结论目前证据支持基于CBL的多元化教学模式可提高康复护理课程的教学效果,但由于本次纳入研究质量偏低,以上结论仍需更多大样本、多中心、高质量的随机对照试验予以进一步验证。 Objective To meta analyze the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)based diversified teaching mode in rehabilitation nursing courses,and to provide evidence for the application of CBL based diversified teaching mode in rehabilitation nursing teaching.Methods PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMBase,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP and CBM were searched by computer.The randomized controlled trials of applying CBL based diversified teaching model to the teaching of rehabilitation nursing courses those were published in the above data bases since their establishment until May 2022 were searched.The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the quality of the included literature was evaluated by the bias risk assessment tool,and the literature data was extracted and analyzed by revman5.3 software.Results A total of 1591 students from 12 studies were enrolled in the study.The results of meta-analysis showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving students’theoretical performance[WMD=11.60,95%CI=(8.08,15.13),P<0.00001],operational performance[WMD=9.58,95%CI=(5.82,13.35),P<0.00001]and ability of analyze and solve problems[RR=1.31,95%CI=(1.15,1.51),P<0.0001];however,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the ability of understanding and mastering knowledge[RR=1.94,95%CI=(0.89,4.24),P=0.10].Conclusions The current evidence supports that the diversified teaching mode based on CBL could improve the teaching effect of rehabilitation nursing courses.However,due to the low quality of the enrolled studies,the above conclusions still need to be further verified by more large sample,multi-center,high-quality randomized controlled trials.
