摘要
目的评估基于“云端”医学影像网络教学与考试平台在医学影像学住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用价值。方法选择2021年2月—2022年1月在本院影像科进行规范化培训的住院医师35名作为实验组,2020年2月—2021年1月在同一医院和科室进行规范化培训的35人作为对照组,分别使用传统教学方法结合基于“云端”医学影像网络教学与考试平台和单纯传统教学法进行教学和辅助指导。实验组教学内容包括讲座和读片技能培训、科室读片和报告书写、平台病例自学、影像学PPT和电子书自学、平台模拟考试等5项,对照组教学内容包括讲座和读片技能培训、科室读片和报告书写、科室模拟考试3项。教学和培训时间均为11个月,培训结束后通过出科考试考核住培医师的学习成效,通过量表中教学目标、时间利用、自主学习能力、理论知识、临床诊断思维和住培教学工作满意度6项指标评价考查住培医师对住培教学工作的满意度。结果两组住培医师的年龄、性别、教育基础在入科时均不存在统计学差异(P均>0.05)。培训11个月后,各组内受试医师的出科分数明显高于入科分数[(实验组:(82.3±11.5)分vs(51.5±15.7)分,P<0.001;对照组:(73.8±20.3)分vs(49.7±8.6)分,P<0.001)]。实验组和对照组住培医师的出科考试分数比较,差异存在统计学意义[(82.3±11.5)分vs(73.8±20.3)分,P=0.036)]。量表评价显示,实验组在时间利用、自主学习能力、临床诊断思维和住培教学工作满意度4项的AS评分均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),且实验组医师对量表中6项评价标准的肯定满意度均在90%以上。结论基于“云端”医学影像网络教学与考试平台系统有助于培养学生有效利用时间的能力、自主学习能力以及临床实践和思维能力,提高了住院医师对住培教学工作的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application value of“cloud”based medical imaging network teaching and examination platform in the standardized training of medical image residents.Methods Thirty-five residents received standardized training in imaging department of our hospital during February 2021 and January 2022 were enrolled in experimental group,and another 35 residents received standardized training in imaging department of our hospital during February 2020 and January 2021 were enrolled in the control group.The residents in experimental group were taught with traditional teaching methods combined with the“cloud”based medical imaging network teaching and examination platform,and the residents in control group were taught with traditional teaching methods only.There were 5 teaching items in the experimental group including lectures and training of film reading skills,film reading and report writing,self-study of case on the platform,self-study of PPT and e-book on the platform,and practice test on the platform.Meanwhile there were 3 items in the control group including lectures and training of film reading skills,film reading and report writing,and practice test.The training took 11 months,and training effectiveness of the two groups were assessed through examination.Six indexes in the scale including teaching objectives,time utilization,self-learning ability,theoretical knowledge,clinical diagnosis thinking and satisfaction of residential training teaching,were used to evaluate the satisfaction of residential training physicians to residential training teaching work.Results There were no significant differences in age,gender and educational background between the two groups at their entrance(all P>0.05).After 11 months of training,the scores of final examination were significantly higher than the scores of admission examination in each group(experimental group:82.3±11.5 vs 51.5±15.7,P<0.001;control group:73.8±20.3 vs 49.7±8.6,P<0.001).There was a significant difference in final examination scores between the experimental group and the control group(82.3±11.5 vs 73.8±20.3,P=0.036).The scale evaluation showed that the AS scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group in 4 items including time utilization,autonomous learn ability,clinical diagnostic thinking,and satisfaction with residential training(P<0.05).The affirmative satisfaction of residents with 6 items were all above 90%in the experimental group.Conclusions The platform of medical imaging network teaching and examination based on“cloud”could help to cultivate ability of time utilization,autonomous learning ability,clinical practice and thinking ability of residents,and improve satisfaction with residential training work of residents.
