应用型本科院校校外实习实训基地管理现状探析

Analysis of the Management of the Off-campus Practicing and Training Base in Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges

校外实习实训是应用型人才培养的一个重要环节,实习实训基地管理对实践教学质量有较为直接的影响。近年来,在高校和政府机关、企事业单位和社会团体等用人单位的共同努力下,产学研融合不断深入,大学生实习实训工作稳定开展、质量稳步提高。面向云南省应用型本科院校开展实证调研发现存在实习实训的组织管理不到位、基地建设不完善、评价机制落后等问题,在一定程度上影响了人才培养质量的整体提升。

Off-campus practice and training is a vital phase for cultivating applied talents.The management of the practicing and training base has directly effect on the quality of the practical teaching.In recent years,integration of industry,education and research has been gradually deepening,and the quality of the practice and training for college students has been steadily improved with the efforts of colleges,government agencies,enterprises,public institutions,social organizations and other employers.The empirical study in the application-oriented undergraduate colleges in Yunnan Province revealed that there were some status to be improved,including inadequate organization and management of practice and training,the imperfect construction of bases,the backward mechanism of evaluation and so on.To a certain extent,these situations have negative influence in the overall improvement of the quality of the cultivating applied talents.
