摘要 在分析现代学徒制试点过程中存在问题的基础上,探索利用数字孪生技术构建工业边缘生态圈现代学徒制培养模式的实施路径。该培养模式有助于加强校企合作,深化产教融合协同育人,促进教育链、人才链、产业链、创新链的对接与融合。校企双方通过创立高层次、高质量的现代学徒制,不断提高职业教育的社会地位,进而增强职业教育的吸引力,完善中国特色现代职业教育体系。 Based on the analysis of the problems in the pilot process of modern apprenticeship,this paper explores the implementation path of using digital twin technology to construct the modern apprenticeship training model in the industrial edge ecosystem.This training mode is conducive to strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,deepening the integration of production and education,and promoting the docking and integration of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain.Through the establishment of high-level and highquality modern apprenticeship system,both the university and the enterprise constantly improve the social status of vocational education,thus enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education and improving the modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.
