人工智能技术与3D打印技术在关节领域中应用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 数字化领域的技术进步正在日益改变关节外科的手术方式,包括3D打印和人工智能(AI)等众多前沿技术。这些技术不断为外科医生赋能,使关节外科手术更加接近个体化、精准化、微创化的目标,成为了当前关节外科重要的发展方向。3D打印技术在术前定制个体三维模型,可以有效提高手术效率,并在术前宣教、人工假体、骨关节损伤修复等方面发挥积极作用。AI技术在辅助临床诊断、提高手术精确度方面展现出了巨大优势,并且在此基础上结合3D打印技术,提高了患者治愈率,减少术后并发症,为患者提供了更加安全有效的选择。本文总结近年AI技术和3D打印技术在关节领域的相关研究,以期为今后这些技术在关节外科手术中的应用提供指导。 Advances in digital technology are increasingly changing the way conventional joint surgery is performed,bringing together cutting-edge technologies such as 3D printing and artificial intelligence(AI).These technologies continuously empower surgeons and make joint surgery closer to the goal of individuation,precision and minimally invasive,which has become an important development direction of joint surgery at present.3D printing technology can customize individual 3D model before surgery,which can effectively improve the efficiency of surgery and play a positive role in preoperative education,artificial prosthesis,bone and joint injury repair and other aspects.AI technology has shown great advantages in assisting clinical diagnosis and improving surgical accuracy.On this basis,combined with 3D printing technology,AI technology has improved the cure rate of patients,reduced postoperative complications,and provided patients with a safer and more effective choice.This paper summarizes the recent research on AI technology and 3D printing technology in the field of joint surgery,in order to provide guidance for the future application of these technologies in joint surgery.
