高龄老人认知障碍危险因素与护理干预的研究进展

Research progress on hazard factors and nursing intervention of cognitive impairment in the elderly

随着老龄化社会的到来,人口呈现老龄化、高龄化趋势,老年人的健康问题成为老年医学领域亟待解决的主要问题。老年认知障碍由于其疾病进展缓慢,往往在疾病早期很难引起重视,尤其是高龄老人的认知障碍更是多呈现出病情隐匿、知晓率低、患病率高、无特效治疗药物且社会关注度低的研究现状,给家庭、社会带来沉重的负担。早期发现、早期诊断并早期加以干预可以延缓疾病的进展。因此,及早做好高龄老人的认知障碍筛查,早期发现高龄认知障碍老人,运用新锐研究成果进行有效护理干预,可以延缓认知损害,进而减少临床不良结局的发生,从而提升高龄老年人的生活质量。针对上述问题,本文对高龄老人认知障碍的特点、影响因素、护理干预措施等作一综述,旨在为高龄老人认知障碍的防控提供依据。

With the arrival of an aging society,the population is aging and aging.The health problem of the elderly has become the main problem to be solved in the field of geriatrics.Due to the slow progress of the disease,it is often difficult to pay attention to the cognitive impairment of the elderly in the early stage of the disease.In particular,the cognitive impairment of the elderly mostly presents the research status quo of hidden disease,low awareness,high prevalence,no specific therapeutic drugs and low social concern,which brings heavy burden to the family and society.Early detection,early diagnosis and early intervention can delay the progress of the disease.Therefore,early screening of cognitive impairment in the elderly,finding the elderly with cognitive impairment,and effective nursing intervention with cutting-edge research results can delay cognitive impairment and reduce the occurrence of clinical adverse outcomes.In view of the above problems,this paper summarizes the characteristics,influencing factors and nursing intervention of cognitive impairment of the elderly,in order to provide basis for the prevention and control of cognitive impairment of the elderly.
