阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗难治性精神分裂症患者的有效性及安全性

Efficacy and safety of Aripiprazole combined with Risperidone in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia

目的分析阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗难治性精神分裂症患者的有效性及安全性。方法选取2019年5月7日至2021年12月4日内蒙古自治区第三医院收治的100例难治性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用单一利培酮治疗,观察组患者予以阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分以及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的PANSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的PANSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于难治性精神分裂症的患者,采用阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗效果较为理想,可以改善患者的精神症状,缓解病情,不良反应总发生率较低,安全性较高,因此具有较高的临床使用价值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of Aripiprazole combined with Risperidone in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 patients with refractory schizophrenia admitted to the Third Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from May 7,2019 to December 4,2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Risperidone alone,observation group was treated with Aripiprazole combined with Risperidone.The therapeutic effects,positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PANSS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The PANSS score of observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with refractory schizophrenia,Aripiprazole combined with Risperidone has relatively ideal results,which can improve the mental symptoms,relieve the disease,with low adverse reactions and high safety,so it has high clinical use value.
