临床医学专业本科生对医学模拟教学的认知现状 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解高校临床医学专业本科生对医学模拟教学的认知情况。方法采用分层抽样法选取昆明医科大学本科1~5年级600名临床医学专业学生进行问卷调查。共发放问卷600份,回收561份,有效回收率93.5%。结果90%以上的学生认为医学模拟教学很重要,可提高临床技能操作水平且都参加过临床技能中心组织的医学模拟培训,希望能增加模拟培训机会并希望模拟场景和设备更加真实;60%以上的学生认为缺乏医学模拟教学师资、医学模拟案例不够丰富和模型维护更新困难是限制医学模拟教学发展的原因。结论模拟医学教学参与度及认可度都较高,但在利用计算机辅助模型和生理驱动模型开展技能培训方面还比较薄弱,此外还存在医学模拟教学师资缺乏、医学模拟案例不够丰富、模型使用频率低和维护更新困难等问题。 Objective To understand the cognition of medical simulation teaching among undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in a medical university.Methods The stratified sampling method was used to select 600 clinical medicine students from grades 1 to 5 in Kunming Medical University for questionnaire survey.A total of 600 questionnaires were sent out and 561 were recovered with effective recovery of 93.5%.Results More than 90% of the students think that medical simulation teaching is very important to improve the operation level of clinical skills,and have participated in the medical simulation training organized by the clinical skills center.They hope to increase the opportunities of simulation training and make the simulation scene and equipment more realistic.More than 60% of students believe that the lack of medical simulation teaching teachers,the lack of rich medical simulation cases and the difficulty of model maintenance and updating are the reasons that limit the development of medical simulation teaching.Conclusion The participation and recognition of simulated medical teaching in our university are high,but it is still weak in using computer-aided model and physiological driven model to carry out skill training.In addition,there are some problems,such as the lack of medical simulation teaching teachers,the lack of medical simulation cases,the low frequency of model use and the difficulty of maintenance and updating.
