心理干预在甲状腺功能亢进患者中的应用效果

Application effect of psychological intervention on patients with hyperthyroidism

目的探讨心理干预在甲状腺功能亢进患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年2月开封市中医院收治的120例甲状腺功能亢进患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)和心理干预组(60例),对照组采用常规看护,心理干预组在常规看护的基础上加用心理干预。比较两组患者实施心理干预前后自我管理效能评分和治愈率情况。结果干预后,两组患者的自我认知意识、医治环境、性情控制、信心评分均高于本组干预前,且心理干预组的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,心理干预组的治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预对甲状腺功能亢进患者的自我管理效能感的养成以及治愈率的提高有一定积极作用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological intervention on patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 120 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(60 cases)and psychological intervention group(60 cases)by random number table method.The control group was received routine nursing,while the psychological intervention group received psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The self-management efficacy score and cure rate before and after psychological intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-awareness,treatment environment,temperament control and confidence in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of psychological intervention group were higher than those of control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the cure rate of psychological intervention group was higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention plays a positive role in developing self-management efficacy and improving cure rate of hyperthyroidism patients.
