摘要
为实现对公共安全数据的有效管理,将WebGIS技术应用于公共安全数据可视化,基于ArcGIS平台进行公共安全的数据可视化管理研究和开发。以国家地震科学数据中心近3年的历史地震数据为例,结合网络地理信息系统,以动态的空间形式实现对地震数据的图形化显示、检索和分析的可视化管理。结果表明,该数据可视化管理平台有利于清晰掌握公共安全事件信息,为进一步对公共安全事件的风险分析和决策提供依据和保障。
In order to achieve effective management of public safety data, WebGIS technology is applied to public safety data visualization, and the public safety data visualization management research and development is carried out based on ArcGIS platform. Taking the National Earthquake Data Center’s historical seismic data for nearly 3 years as an example, the visual management of the graphical display, retrieval and analysis of seismic data was realized in a dynamic spatial form combined with the network geographic information system. The result shows that the data visualization platform is conducive to clearly grasp the information of public safety events, which provides a basis and guarantee for further risk analysis and decision-making of public safety events.
