基于离散元法的磨机径向和轴向级配钢球运动与偏析模拟 被引量:1

摘要 球磨机实际工作时介质和物料运动状态看不见、摸不着,传统方法较难研究,离散单元法为解决球磨机实际问题提供一种便捷、低成本的方法。采用离散元PFC3D软件为工具,以符合实际工况的级配钢球作为研究对象,模拟球磨机内级配钢球在筒体径向和轴向的运动与偏析,并对模拟结果进行分析,给出减少偏析的初步建议。 The state of medium and material movement cannot be seen and touched while ball mill is actually working, and the traditional method is difficult to study. The discrete element method(DEM) provides a convenient and low-cost method to solve the practical problem of ball mill. This paper used the particle flow code in dimensions(PFC3D) software as a tool, and used the grading steel balls in line with the actual conditions as the research object. The movement and segregation of grading steel balls at radial and axial position in the mill was simulated. The preliminary suggestions for reducing the segregation were given through the analysis of the simulation results.
