EMR与结直肠息肉切除术治疗结直肠息肉的临床效果

Clinical Effect of EMR and Colorectal Polypectomy in the Treatment of Colorectal Polyp

目的:比较分析内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)与结直肠息肉切除术治疗结直肠息肉的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年12月苏州市吴中区甪直人民医院收治的100例结直肠息肉患者。根据随机数字表法将其分为EMR组和传统组,各50例。EMR组给予EMR治疗,传统组给予结直肠息肉切除术治疗。比较两组临床疗效及病灶完全切除率、围手术期指标、并发症。结果:EMR组病灶完全切除率为98.00%,高于传统组的78.00%(χ^(2)=9.470,P=0.002)。EMR组总有效率为96.00%,高于传统组的80.00%(χ^(2)=6.061,P=0.014)。EMR组肛门直肠恢复时间、手术时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间均短于传统组(t=-24.122、-49.128、-17.878,P=0.000)。EMR组并发症发生率为2.00%,低于传统组的16.00%(χ^(2)=5.983,P=0.014)。结论:EMR可有效治疗结直肠息肉,能够缩短手术时间,降低并发症发生率,提高病灶完全切除率,是一种安全有效的手术方法。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)and colorectal polyposectomy in the treatment of colorectal polyp.Method:A total of 100 patients with colorectal polyps admitted to Luzhi People’s Hospital,Wuzhong District,Suzhou City from October 2019 to December 2021 were selected.They were divided into EMR group and traditional group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The EMR group was treated with EMR,while the traditional group was treated with colorectal polypectomy.The clinical efficacy,complete resection rate of lesions,perioperative indicators and complications of the two group were compared.Result:The complete resection rate of lesions in EMR group was 98.00%,which was higher than 78.00%in traditional group(χ^(2)=9.470,P=0.002).The total effective rate in the EMR group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the traditional group(χ^(2)=6.061,P=0.014).The anorectal recovery time,operation time and gastrointestinal function recovery time in EMR group were shorter than those in traditional group(t=-24.122,-49.128,-17.878,P=0.000).The incidence of complications in EMR group was 2.00%,which was lower than 16.00%in traditional group(χ^(2)=5.983,P=0.014).Conclusion:EMR can effectively treat colorectal polyp,shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the rate of complete resection of lesions.It is a safe and effective surgical method.
