温针灸联合综合康复训练对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者SHSS评分、关节活动度及不良反应的影响

Effect of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training on SHSS Score,Joint Range of Motion and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Shoulder Hand Syndrome after Stroke

目的:探究温针灸联合综合康复训练对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者肩手综合征评估量表(SHSS)评分、关节活动度及不良反应的影响。方法:回顾性分析南京市高淳中医院2019年11月-2021年11月收治的102例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为研究组和对照组,各51例。其中对照组给予单一综合康复训练治疗,研究组给予温针灸和综合康复训练。对比两组的SHSS评分、关节活动度及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组的SHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SHSS评分较治疗前均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组关节活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组关节活动度较治疗前均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合综合康复训练应用于脑卒中后肩手综合征患者,可有效降低患者SHSS评分,提高关节活动度,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of warm acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on shoulder hand syndrome assessment scale(SHSS)score,joint range of motion and adverse reactions in patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Method:Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 102 patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke admitted to Nanjing Gaochun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2021.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given single comprehensive rehabilitation training,while the study group was given warm acupuncture and comprehensive rehabilitation training.The scores of SHSS,joint range of motion and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SHSS score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the study group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in joint range of motion between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the joint range of motion in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of warm acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in patients with shoulder and hand syndrome after stroke can effectively reduce SHSS score,improve joint range of motion and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
