脾虚肝亢证抽动障碍动物模型制备研究与应用现状

Advances in Establishment and Application of Tic Disorder Animal Model with Spleen Deficiency and Liver Hyperactivity Syndrome

中医病证结合动物模型的研究能够较好地模拟临床,是诊断治疗及新药研发的基础。本研究根据中医基础理论,以脾虚肝亢证抽动障碍为切入点,就动物的选择、“病”和“证”动物模型制备方法和模型评价体系进行回顾性综述,探讨脾虚肝亢证抽动障碍的实质,以期进一步制备更精确的病证结合动物模型,规范中医药的应用。

The disease-syndrome combination model can simulate clinical conditions,which is the basis for diagnosis,treatment,and new drug development.Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the present study retrospectively reviewed animal selection,establishment and evaluation system of the disease-syndrome combination model of tic disorder with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome and explored the essence of this syndrome,aiming to establish an accurate disease-syndrome combination model in animals and standardize the application of TCM.
