奥拉西坦与胞磷胆碱联合治疗急性一氧化碳中毒的效果及对患者血液流变学指标与NT-proBNP、MMP-9水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究奥拉西坦与胞磷胆碱联合治疗急性一氧化碳中毒的效果及对患者血液流变学指标与N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法:选取2019年12月至2021年12月我院收治的120例急性一氧化碳中毒患者作为研究对象,开展回顾性分析,根据治疗方式的不同划分为观察组(80例,奥拉西坦+胞磷胆碱治疗)和对照组(40例,奥拉西坦治疗)。比较两组患者的血液流变学指标、心肌指标、炎症因子水平变化情况和认知情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度等血液流变学指标,肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、NT-proBNP、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)等心肌指标,中枢神经特异蛋白(S100-β)、MMP-9水平,以及年龄相关性脑白质改变(ARWMC)分级量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),而简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥拉西坦与胞磷胆碱联合使用可有效治疗急性一氧化碳中毒,改善患者血液流变学指标及炎症因子水平,改善患者认知功能。 Objective:To study the effect of oxiracetam combined with citicoline in the treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning and its effects on hemorheology indexes, NT-proBNP and MMP-9 levels of the patients. Methods:A total of 120 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning admitted in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into the observation group(80 cases, oxiracetam+citicoline treatment) and the control group(40 cases, oxiracetam treatment). The changes of hemorheology indexes, myocardial indexes, inflammatory factors levels and cognitive status of the two groups of patients were compared. Results:After treatment, the hemorheological indexes such as whole blood high-shear viscosity, whole blood low-shear viscosity, hematocrit value, fibrinogen, RBC aggregation index, plasma viscosity, the myocardial indexes such as CK-MB, NT-proBNP, cTnI, and the level of S100-β, MMP-9, ARWMC grading scale scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Oxiracetam combined with citicoline can effectively treat acute carbon monoxide poisoning, improve the levels of hemorheological indexes and inflammatory factors, and improve the cognitive function of the patients.
