风环境视角下的建筑改造设计研究

摘要 建筑的室内外通风是影响城市空气质量的一个重要方面,良好的风环境有助于降低建筑的能源消耗,缓解城市热岛效应,同时也能降低污染物浓度提高室内舒适性,营造健康舒适的人居环境。以长沙地区某办公建筑为研究对象,采用流体力学模拟软件PHOENICS从室内外风速、风压及室内空气龄等方面展开模拟分析,针对建筑不良风环境提出相应的通风优化措施,再对优化后的建筑风环境进行模拟验证,发现在建筑首层制造通风通道可增大夏季建筑室外风速、降低室内空气龄;在建筑表面设置导风装置能够促进室内通风;改变墙体的开口数量能合理组织室内气流,促进通风。 The indoor and outdoor ventilation of buildings is an important aspect that affects the urban air quality.A good wind environment helps to reduce the energy consumption of buildings,alleviate the urban heat island effect,reduce the concentration of pollutants,improve indoor comfort,and create a healthy and comfortable living environment.This paper takes an office building in Changsha area as the research object,uses the fluid dynamics simulation software PHOENICS to carry out simulation analysis from the aspects of indoor and outdoor wind speed,wind pressure and indoor air age,proposes corresponding ventilation optimization measures for the adverse wind environment of the building,and then simulates and verifies the optimized building wind environment.It is found that making ventilation channels on the first floor of the building can increase the outdoor wind speed of the building in summer and reduce the indoor air age;the wind guide device on the building surface can promote indoor ventilation;and changing the number of openings in the wall can reasonably organize indoor airflow and promote ventilation.
