空间句法视角下旧城社区街巷公共空间的评估与优化

Evaluation and Optimization of Public Space in Streets and Alleys of Old Urban Communities from the Perspective of Spatial Syntax

旧城社区街巷公共空间作为居民社交互动与休憩娱乐等的重要场所,是城市人居生活环境的基本组成部分。当前,在存量规划和高质量发展的时代需求下,众多旧城街巷公共空间亟待精准识别评估与更新优化。选取成都市锦江区盐道街社区街巷公共空间为研究对象,应用空间句法理论,针对其物理环境条件和人群活动特征进行调研,分析并揭示了空间场所存在的活力错位、体系失序和场景杂糅的典型问题。进而对应提出了提升空间节点,促进空间活力归位;梳理空间特质,打造空间体系序列;引导空间分流,满足空间场景需求的优化对策。为相关研究和实践提供思路,供研讨。

As an important place for residents’social interaction and recreation,the public space of streets and alleys in old communities is a fundamental part of the living environment.Currently,in the era of stock planning and high quality development,many public spaces of old city streets and alleys are in urgent need of accurate identification and assessment for renewal.In this research,the public space of streets and alleys in the Yandaojie community of Jinjiang District in Chengdu was selected as the object of study.The research investigated the physical environment and crowd activities of Yandaojie community,combined with the space syntax theory,analyzed and revealed the typical problems of dislocation of vitality,disorder of system and mixture of scenes in space places.In response to the problems,the optimization countermeasures are proposed to enhance the spatial nodes and promote the return of spatial vitality,sort out the spatial qualities and create the sequence of spatial system,and guide the spatial diversion to meet the demand of spatial scenes to provide ideas for related research and practice.
