基于完整街道理念的城市道路改造探索

Exploration of Urban Road Reconstruction based on the Concept of Complete Street

完整街道设计理念旨在通过对新建或改建街道进行合理规划、设计、运营和维护,保障街道上所有交通方式及所有出行者的通行权,满足出行需求和安全要求。从完整街道设计理念角度出发,以长沙市普瑞大道提质改造为例,研究了在城市道路改造设计过程中的一般设计流程和重点考虑因素,对城市道路与建筑前区、街道界面进行了协同设计,实现了城市道路的功能复合、活动舒适、空间宜人和全龄友好,完成了从“城市道路”向“精美街道”的转变,以期推动完整街道理念在国内城市道路改造工程中的推广与落实。

Complete streets design concept is to provide the right-of-way of all travel modes and to let all roadway users travel safely and efficiently.The concept is established for planning,designing and operating new roadways and old roadway renovation.From the perspective of the concept of complete street design,this paper,taking the upgrading and reconstruction of Purui Avenue in Changsha as an example,studied the general design process and key considerations of the concept of complete street in the process of urban road reconstruction design,and carried out collaborative design of urban roads,building front areas and street interfaces,realizing the functional composition,comfortable activities,pleasant space and age friendly of urban roads,the transformation from"Urban Roads"to"Exquisite Streets"has been completed,in order to promote the concept of complete street in reconstruction of urban road.
