摘要
皮肤创伤修复是军事医学、再生医学、组织工程学及医学美学中一项重要的研究领域。胶原蛋白作为细胞附着和发挥作用的支架,直接调节创面微环境,促进创面愈合,在皮肤创伤修复中拥有广阔前景。近年来,组织工程技术的发展与新型高科技材料的应用极大地拓展了胶原蛋白的应用范围。该文综述了胶原蛋白的基本特征、胶原蛋白在皮肤创伤修复中的作用及新型胶原蛋白材料的优势及局限性,总结胶原蛋白在皮肤创伤修复中未来的研究方向。
Skin wound repair is an important research field in military medicine,regenerative medicine,tissue engineering and medical aesthetics.As a scaffold for cell attachment and function,collagen can directly regulate the wound microenvironment and promote wound healing,which has broad prospects in skin wound repair.In recent years,the development of tissue engineering technology and the application of new high-tech materials have greatly expanded the application range of collagen.This article introduces the basic characteristics of collagen,summarizes the role of collagen in skin wound repair,the advantages and limitations of new collagen materials,and the future research direction of collagen in skin wound repair.
