摘要
针对色连一号煤矿4-1煤8107工作面煤层采高大及回采巷道易片帮的问题,结合该工作面回采巷道实际地质情况,提出采用锚杆锚索联合支护技术,基于自然平衡拱理论对支护参数进行计算,确定相应的支护方案,并在回采过程中现场监测顶板及两帮位移变化量。结果显示:回采过程中顶板最大沉降量为19.8 mm,两帮最大收敛量为26 mm,围岩基本处于稳定状态,验证了该回采巷道锚杆锚索联合支护方案的合理性和安全性。
Aiming at the problems of high seam mining height and easy slicing of the mining roadway in Selian No.1 coal mine 4-1coal 8107 working face,combined with the actual geological conditions of the mining roadway in this working face,the use of bolt and anchor rope combined support technology is proposed,based on natural balanced arch the theory calculates the support parameters,determines the corresponding support plan,and monitors the change of the roof and the displacement of the two sides during the mining process.The results show that the maximum subsidence of the roof during the mining process is 19.8 mm,the maximum retraction of the two sides is 26 mm,and the surrounding rock is basically in a stable state,which verifies the rationality and safety of the bolt-and-cable combined support scheme for the mining roadway.
