摘要
针对晋城矿区3#煤层顶板地层复杂、高位定向钻孔成孔难的问题,在某矿3109综采工作面开展顶板复杂地层中大直径高位定向钻孔钻进成孔试验研究。提出了增大开孔段倾角、扩大造斜穿层段孔径、增大造斜段弯曲曲率及开分支孔等解决措施,首次在该矿成功施工4个孔深超过500 m、孔径达到φ153 mm的顶板高位定向钻孔。总结形成适用于晋城矿区顶板复杂地层中成孔的关键技术体系,为矿区内其他高瓦斯矿井综采工作面瓦斯治理提供了可靠的技术途径。
Aiming at the problems of complex roof strata of No.3 coal seam in Jincheng mining area and high-level directional borehole drilling difficulty, the large diameter high-level directional borehole in complex roof strata experimental research was carried out at 3109 fully mechanized mining face in a mine. Some solutions were put forward, such as increasing the dip angle of opening section, enlarging the aperture of deflecting section, increasing the bending curvature of deflecting section and drilling branch holes, fore high-level directional boreholes of over 500 m depth and φ153 mm pore size were successfully constructed in this mine for the first time. The key technology system for the borehole formation in complex roof strata of Jincheng mining area was summarized, and providing a reliable technical way for gas management in other fully mechanized mining face of highly gassy mine.
