摘要
为满足煤矿井下人员精确定位系统新标准的要求,设计了一种基于UWB技术及DS-TWR定位算法的煤矿井下人员精确定位系统。基站集成2个无线收发器,仅利用3条交互消息即可完成对定位卡距离的计算及方向判定,有效缩短时隙宽度;引入入网防冲突机制及时隙分配机制来提升定位效率,试验结果表明,定位卡刷新频率为600 ms下,该定位系统最大静态定位误差不超过30 cm,最大位移速度达7 m/s,基站最大并发识别数量达80个。定位基站的时隙宽度仅为6 ms,相对于4消息定位模式缩减25%。
In order to meet the requirements of the new standard of accurate positioning system for underground personnel in coal mine, a coal mine underground precise positioning system based on UWB technology and DS-TWR positioning algorithm is designed. The base station integrates two wireless transceivers, which can calculate the distance and determine the direction of the positioning card only by using three interactive messages, the slot width is effectively shortened. The system introduces network access anti-collision mechanism and time slot allocation mechanism to improve the positioning efficiency. The test shows that when the refresh frequency of the positioning card is 600 ms,the maximum static positioning error of the positioning system is no more than 30 cm, the maximum displacement speed is 7 m/s, and the maximum number of concurrent identification of the base station is 80. The slot width of the positioning base station is only 6 ms, which is reduced by 25% compared with the 4-message positioning mode.
