摘要 为消除煤炭开采和矿工作业过程中的安全隐患,设计了矿井安全监测网络信息化管理系统。利用多传感器采集矿井压力与各类环境数据,网络管理模块将数据安全传输到逻辑层,综合监控网络模块根据接收到的数据,通过矿井环境安全监测以及入侵检测单元等,完成矿井环境安全等级判断,运用IE浏览器和移动终端设备等可为用户提供浏览与操作权限,实现矿井安全监测网络信息化管理。实验结果表明:该系统的多传感器环境数据融合效果优良,监控矿井不同区域所得结果与实际结果完全吻合,且具有异常状况的超前预警能力;能显著减少矿井特重大与重大事故发生。 In order to eliminate the potential safety hazards in the process of coal mining and miners operation, the mine safety monitoring network information management system is designed. Multi sensors are used to collect mine pressure and various environmental data. The network management module safely transmits the data to the logic layer. The integrated monitoring network module completes the judgment of mine environmental security level through mine environmental security monitoring and intrusion detection unit according to the received data. Internet Explorer and mobile terminal equipment can provide users with browsing and operation rights, realize mine safety monitoring network information management. The experimental results show that the multi-sensor environmental data fusion effect of the system is excellent, the results of monitoring different areas of the mine are completely consistent with the actual results, and has the ability of early warning of abnormal conditions. It can significantly reduce the occurrence of extra major and major accidents in the mine.
