高校机关党支部建设存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Party Branches in Universities

高校机关党支部既是党的教育方针政策的贯彻执行者,也是党员思想政治工作的教育管理者,是做好高校机关党建工作的基石。当前,高校机关党支部建设仍存在支部设置不够科学、党日活动形式单一、思想认识不够到位、考核机制有待改善、监督作用发挥不够充分等方面问题。本文以问题为导向,联系工作实际,积极对加强机关党支部建设进行有益的探索,初步提出破解问题的路径对策。

The Party branch in universities is not only the implementer of carrying out the party's Principles and policies,but also the organizer of contacting Party members in education and management,and is the cornerstone of the party building work of universities.At present,the construction of Party branches in universities still has problems such as unscientific branch setting,single form of party day activities,inadequate ideological understanding,unimproved evaluation mechanisms,and insufficient play of supervision role.This article is problem-oriented and makes an exploration of strengthening the Party branch construction of the organization in connection with the actual work.It aims to find out the ways to solve the problems.
