装甲车防爆座椅抗爆指标合理性研究与建议(军用车辆乘载员防地雷爆炸减振抗爆座椅设计研究系列二)

摘要 针对国内军用车辆防爆座椅研究基础薄弱、缺乏相关设计标准或规范指导,结合某型装甲车防爆座椅二轮竞标结果不理想的问题,开展了防爆座椅抗爆指标分析研究,采用基于最小抗爆行程逆向设计方法,对防爆座椅运动过程、抗爆机理及指标合理性进行了分析,发现该型车辆防爆座椅抗爆指标设计不合理是导致二轮竞标未果的直接原因;结合人体坐姿耐冲击限值,提出在保证人体处于安全的条件下,适应增大座椅耐冲击限值的防爆座椅抗爆指标的优化建议,为防爆座椅工程设计提供指导。 Aiming at a weak research foundation on anti-explosion seats for domestic military vehicles and the lack of relevant standards or guidance for their design, this paper analyzes and studies the anti-explosion index of the seats combined with an unsatisfactory result of a two-round bidding for anti-explosion seats of a certain type of armored vehicle. Based on the reverse design method of minimum antiknock stroke, motion process, antiknock mechanism and index rationality of anti-explosion seats are analyzed. It is found that the unreasonable design of anti-explosion index is the direct reason causing the failure in the two-round bidding. Combined with the impact resistance limit of human sitting position, the optimization suggestions are put forward that the anti-explosion index can adapt to the increase of the impact resistance limit of seats under the condition of ensuring human safety, which provides guidance for the engineering design of anti-explosion seats.
