农村小学生口腔健康及诊疗消费现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the current situation of oral health and treatment consumption in rural primary school students

目的:调查湖北省某农村小学1~6年级学生的口腔健康状况,口腔保健行为和医疗消费现状。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2022年9月~10月抽取湖北省某农村小学115名小学生进行口腔检查、问卷调查和统计学分析。结果:115名学生中79人存在口腔问题,占比68.7%,男女之间各项口腔问题均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。口腔健康组中,小学生的刷牙次数、无口腔不适时进行定期口腔检查与存在口腔问题的小学生组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。存在口腔问题的小学生与口腔健康的小学生每年口腔诊疗消费存在显著差异。结论:农村小学生的口腔健康问题需得到社会广泛关注,可通过健康宣教和扩大口腔定期检查范围的方法帮助提升农村小学学生的口腔健康水平,在口腔健康诊疗消费上节省开支。

Objective:To investigate the oral health status, oral health care behavior and medical consumption of the students from grade 1 to grade 6 in a rural primary school in Hubei Province.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, 115 pupils from a rural primary school in Hubei Province were selected for oral examination, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis from September to October 2022.Results:Seventy-nine out of 115 students had oral problems, accounting for 68.7%.There was no significant difference between men and women in oral problems(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the oral health group and the oral problems pupils in the number of teeth brushing and regular oral examination of no oral discomfort(P<0.05).And there was significant difference between the oral health group and the oral problems pupils in annual dental treatment consumption.Conclusion:The oral health problems of rural primary school students need to be widely concerned by the society.Health education and expanding the scope of regular oral examination can help improve the oral health level of rural primary school students in the new era and save money on oral health care consumption.
